Day and Residential Delegate Rates at the Hotel Haus am Zoo

Our Delegate Rates are available for meetings and conferences for a minimum of 7 delegates.

By selecting one of our Delegate Packages you can ensure that all areas of your event with us have been catered for and be confident that you are receiving the highest possible standards.

Day delegate package 1 :

• Hire of conference room
• Use of Hotel´s meeting equipment ( i.e. screen, flipchart )
• Mid-morning tea/coffee and buiscuits
• 1 course Express Lunch
• Mid-Afternoon tea/coffee and biscuits

Day Delegate Rate € 32,00 per person per day

Residential Delegate Rate- € 105.00 per person includes all of the above with the addition of overnight accommodation in a single room and breakfast.

Day delegate package 2 :

• Hire of conference room
• Use of Hotel´s meeting equipment ( i.e. screen, flipchart )
• Two soft drinks per person in the meeting room
• Mid-morning tea/coffee with fresh fruit salad and yogurt
• Hot and Cold Buffet (soup, assortment of fish and meat, vegetables, fresh salads, dessert and cheese)
• Mid-Afternoon tea/coffee and bakery products

Day Delegate Rate € 44,00 per person per day

Residential Delegate Rate- € 117.00 per person includes all of the above with the addition of overnight accommodation in a single room and breakfast.
