Function booking Terms and Conditions at the Hotel Haus am Zoo in Dusseldorf

Function and Meeting room - Terms & Conditions

• Meeting room hire rate is from 10am to 7pm
• Half day hire is up to four hours anytime from 10am to 7pm
• When booking for food, a minimum number of 5 persons will be charged for
• Payment - required latest at the end of the function
• Cancellations - once the booking is confirmed we reserve the right to make a charge if the booking is cancelled, amended or the services not used.
• Free of charge : 30 days before the function date
• 70% of the booking - between 29 and 2 days before the function date
• After this - 90 % of the booking

We will make every effort to re-let the function room or sell the rooms. If we do, these amounts will be deducted from the deposit before calculating the cancellation charge.
